Quad Cities "Moo-sic & More!"

Monday, July 13, 2020

We will arrive in Moline at the Deere & Company World Headquarters to learn the history of the company and experience the world's most innovative agriculture.  Next we will drive to Davenport and visit the River Music Experience and Bix Beiderbecke Museum.  Bix was a legendary composer who died too young, at the age of 28.  Our next stop will also be our lunch stop.  Cinnamon Ridge Farm is known for its robotic dairy operation and their tour includes a viewing of the robots from cow to store.  We will then join the owners for a farm to table lunch with all of the fixings before we continue on to Rock Island Arsenal Museum.  The Army's second oldest museum, it is nationally recognized for its large and impressive small arms collection.  While there we will tour the Lock and Dam 15 in the heart of the Quad Cities.  Closed toe shoes required.  Cost is $96.00, payment due by June 13.
