• Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans (ARMS) typically offer the borrower a lower mortgage interest rate than a conventional fixed-rate mortgage. We offer ARM products with a variety of rate choices and financing on all types of real estate.

• Fixed Rate Mortgage Loans finance real estate in the secondary market with fixed interest rates for the term selected. Rates are competitive in the marketplace.

• Closed-End Mortgage Loans provide financing behind the first mortgage financing for a short term at a fixed rate in an amount not to exceed 90% of the market value of the home. Loan proceeds may be used for most any purpose and the interest may be tax deductible.*

• Home Improvement Loans can be used to finance home improvements, additions, or remodeling. The type of financing chosen is matched with the amount of the project's cost.

• Home Equity Line of Credit is a pre-approved line of credit secured by a home's equity. Funds are available up to an approved amount whenever needed. Payments are based upon the revolving balance and loan maturity. And, the interest may be tax deductible.*

• Construction Loans are used to finance the construction of all types of buildings including residences, commercial businesses, and agricultural structures. Loan terms provide adequate time for construction completion and vary with the type of project being financed.
